Tapping Your Credit



Forget the handshake. Business transactions increasingly are being sealed with a wave. MasterCard is testing PayPass, its wireless credit-card program, in Orlando, Fla. PayPass credit cards include an embedded chip and antenna, letting people pay for goods by tapping or waving the device on special terminals in addition to the conventional swiping method.
