Vectrix.com Acquires Two Services Firms
Vectrix.com, an E-services consulting firm, said today that it's acquiring two Internet services firms, and adding credit-card transaction-processing and Web-design skills to its offerings. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
Triumphant Enterprises will become a subsidiary of Vectrix.com and provide its clients with credit-card processing capabilities for online purchasing. NVision Design will be integrated into Vectrix.com, giving the company online-marketing and database expertise. NVision's marketing abilities include the creation of E-mail games that drive traffic to a Web site. "We've bolstered our transaction-processing, marketing, and design capabilities with these acquisitions," says Brian Gillooly, an executive VP with Vectrix.com, which has 130 employees.
Vectrix.com, founded in 1996, is positioning itself as a full E-services provider, offering marketing, branding, strategy, technology, and Web-site design services to companies looking to create and implement online strategies. Its clients include America Online, Cellular One, Emerson Radio, Hitachi Construction Machinery, and La Quinta.
