Watching And Waiting Isn't Fun

Pity poor Oracle. It has to sit and watch the CRM market move forward while it waits to complete its $5.85 billion acquisition of Siebel Systems Inc. Inc. is about to launch an on-demand software-testing environment. Open-source vendor SugarCRM Inc. is launching a new version that should make it more attractive for large companies. And Microsoft last week introduced Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. But don't feel sorry for Larry Ellison, who's probably filling the time plotting his next big buy.
