Competition is fierce today in almost every industry, and it will just get tougher, especially as developing countries are fully included in the global economy. To win, one will need strong customer relationships, low costs, and shrewd, agile decision-making. Excellence in those areas will require high-integrity operations, relationships, and decision processes.
