WiredEmpire To Debut Web Marketing Software

WiredEmpire will make its debut in the increasingly crowded electronic marketing and customer service fields Monday with the introduction of its suite of Internet Marketing Agents.

The company is descended from CMG Direct Corp., a direct- marketing firm, where its E-mail technology was originally developed. The centerpiece of the suite is ProfileAgent, which helps businesses build Web sites that capture customer information. It then feeds that information into a data repository, which can produce reports on site visitors and their habits.

The customer profiles can be used to create E-mail marketing campaigns that target individual users. WiredEmpire's CampaignAgent initiates the campaigns, tracks and reports them, and can make changes to the campaigns on the fly.

While other companies also focus on Web and E-mail marketing, WiredEmpire claims it has a richer product portfolio because of Reply Agent, which helps automate E- mail replies and route messages to the appropriate destination. With the agent, the suite can be used to control all in-bound and out-bound E-mails.
