WPBT Partners With ProNet

West Palm Beach Technologies Inc. today entered into an agreement with the iBusiness Group of ProNet Technology Partners to promote WPBT's iRAD, or Internet Rapid Application Development, tools.

ProNet has worked with WPBT in the past to implement iRAD tools, which include development templates and component-based modules that can be rapidly integrated with existing systems, enabling companies to enhance return on investment on their enterprise resource planning and other legacy IT investments. ProNet's iBusiness Group is a division of the company dedicated to solving problems associated with Web deployment, regardless of system architecture.

Through iRAD and its Web portal technology, WPBT is helping companies build and add E-commerce capabilities to their own Web sites, says Richard Cameron, WPBT's VP of strategic development. Cameron points out that WPBT's offerings address the four constants in creating a successful E-commerce site: driving visitor traffic, maintaining content, merchandising content so it is easier to navigate, and offering customer service.

The WPBT/ProNet partnership comes one day after WPBT officially launched its www.0-0.com Web site, a Universal Commerce Portal designed to provide end-to-end E-commerce solutions for the business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. According to Robert DiMarco Jr., WPBT president and CEO, 0-0.com was designed to provide a means for senior management to outsource corporate E-commerce IT requirements and to lower the cost of Web marketing.
