It's nice to see an opensource design challenge to improve readability of medical records generated from EHR systems, in this case a Blue Button document. This is a pretty common concern from providers, that the notes generated are hard to read or find the pertinent data. GitHub is a great service and Bootstrap is a great model to follow. Hopefully this will jump start an opensource community to improve the appearance of all medical documents.
