The thing often missing in these "smarter cities" stories is evidence of real improvement. So how much did water usage go down? What about crime rates? Feels like a testimonial here with qualitative comments like, "we can't get enough of this stuff." Taxpayers demand concrete evidence of that their tax-dollar investments are paying off.
