Hopefully, this uncertain situation won't drag on for long. With initiatives underway in data center consolidation, shared services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT governance, DHS can't afford an extended IT management void. It's an area where IT performance and national security are closely related. Sort it out and push ahead.
