Thanks for the kind words. The integration has been happening for a while but it has really picked up pace with the greater rollout of IP networks by telcos and the ubiquity of Web-based platforms. But there is still plenty of 'resistance' to the influence of IT... the industry's challenge is as much about people as it is about technology.

A good looking website redesign. As a reporter who started covering telecom in the 1980s, it has surprised me that the telecom and IT industries have not come closer together sooner. But it is finally happening, and I look forward to following the developments on Light Reading.
