The open data dilemma
Glad to welcome Joel Gurin to the pages of InformationWeek.  His book, Open Data Now, is great resource on how the private sector can profit -- and how the public can be better served -- through open government data.  His article here, though, is a good check list of what government agencies still need to do if this virtuous circle is to flourish.
