On Thursday, March 6, Apple is hosting an event to lay out the future of the iPhone SDK. Rather than sit back and wait for the end of the event to post the news, Over The Air will provide you with a meta liveblog. So tune in, hit "refresh" often, and get yer SDK news here! What the heck is a meta liveblog? Well, it's a term I made up today, based on what I've seen done on other blogs. When other blogs can't get their hands on certain pieces of hardware, they'll do a roundup of all the other reviews posted on the Web instead. They call these meta reviews.

Since Apple isn't broadcasting a live Webcast (and Over The Air wasn't invited to the event), the only way we'll have access to information while it happens is to pay attention to all the other hardworking livebloggers out there.

So Over The Air will provide you with an ongoing summary of the revelations made at the event nearly as they occur. Making our post a meta liveblog. Sort of like a liveblog, but not quite.

In other words, check back starting at 1 p.m. on Thursday. We'll update our iPhone SDK post as often as we can manage.
