Apple Ditches iPhone NDA
Today, Apple issued a notice to its developers. It reads: We have decided to drop the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for released iPhone software.I think "constructive feedback" is putting a little bit of spin on the issue. Either way, this gives iPhone developers more latitude to talk about their products. We'll have to see exactly how Apple chooses to word things in the new NDA.
