Look Out, Monster And HotJobs

New online recruiting site says it has doubled its membership.

DirectEmployers.com, the online recruiting site that took on Monster.com and HotJobs in February, says it has doubled its business membership to 30.

New members include Motorola, Allegis Group, a technical and administrative staffing company, and John Deere. The E-Recruiting Association, which manages DirectEmployers, says it has enough capital to run the Internet recruiting site.
