Good for kids
A short battery life is often a feature, not a bug, for parents. And at $150, hard to go wrong. HP should offer it in jellybean colors.

Re: Tablet prices
I like my Nexus 7 for reading, but it's not as good as the iPad for games...Android audio is still terrible compared to iOS.

Re: Tablet prices
Any of the HP tablets can give the iPad mini a run for its money. The mini at $400 seems a expensive, doesn't it?
I wonder why HP didn't come out also with a cheap Surface 2.

Tablet prices
It will be interesting to see how many people decide a $150 tablet "unknown" beats an iPad mini on price alone.
