The lowdown: HP says the Slate 2 has "the right business touch"--a hint that this tablet is primarily aimed at enterprise users. HP planned its own WebOS-based tablets for everyday users, but the idea never got off the ground. The Slate 2 supports touch or pen-based computing via the HP Slate Digital Pen. It checks in at a feathery 1.5 lbs, which is a nice bonus for frequent travelers.
