Cyber Monday is here, and that means it is time to score some deals online. Whether you hit the stores on Black Friday or not, there are plenty of sales to take advantage of across the web Monday. If you're shopping electronics, the best prices will come from the larger chains, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. Here are our picks for the most compelling Cyber Monday sales on smartphones from the big four carriers and several retailers.

AT&T is offering a limited series of discounts on its products. For example, online shoppers will receive a $100 bill credit if they purchase a "certified like-new" smartphone with one of its AT&T Next plans. Some of the handsets available include the Apple iPhone 5c, 5s, 6, and 6 Plus; Samsung Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Mega; LG G3; and HTC One (M8).

Best Buy also has a few deals. If you're a fan of the LG G3, you can buy it from Best Buy Monday for only $1 -- as long as you're willing to sign a contract with AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon Wireless. Best Buy is offering a $50 gift card to customers who buy any smartphone and activate a two-year contract with Sprint. Best Buy is also offering free shipping on orders costing more than $35.

RadioShack's Cyber Monday sales are rather limited. The company says using the promo code CYBER10 will take 10% off its online sale items, but it's unclear how the promotion discount is being applied.

Sprint has several noteworthy sales online Monday. For example, it is offering a $200 discount on the Samsung Galaxy S5 when purchased with a Sprint Easy Pay plan. This will knock down the monthly payment for the device by at least $10, making it more affordable. Sprint is offering the LG G3 for free, but only to new customers. Sprint is also selling the HTC One (M8) Harmon Kardon Edition for free with a new contract.

Target's best sales are for unlocked phones. While it is offering steep discounts on the handsets, you're still looking at big price points. For example, Target has cut the unlocked Samsung Galaxy S5 from $699 to $549. Target is also offering a $50 gift buy to customers who purchase an AT&T handset and activate it with an AT&T Next plan.

T-Mobile is the place to shop if you're looking for a discount on an iPhone. The company is offering free memory upgrades, which boils down to a savings of $100 for each of the iPhones in question. For example, it is selling the iPhone 6 64-GB model for the price of the 16-GB model, and the iPhone 5s 64-GB model for the price of the 32-GB model.

Verizon posted some reasonable sales to its website for Cyber Monday, as long as you like older handsets. Like other carriers, Verizon is offering the LG G3 Monday for free as long as you sign a two-year agreement. Verizon is also offering a free Ellipsis 7 tablet, a free Apple iPhone 5c 8 GB, a free Motorola Droid Maxx, and a free HTC Remix. In order to get these free phones, you have to sign a contract.

Walmart's best deal is $150 off the 8-GB iPhone 5c. The company is selling the phone for $299 with no contract, which is down from the phone's normal price of $449. It needs to be used with Walmart's Straight Talk Wireless, however, which is a prepaid provider. This could be a good gift for the teen in your life.

The majority of these sales are limited to Monday, though several extend until mid-week. If you see better prices or sales listed anywhere, be sure to share them in the comments below. Good luck!
