Google Movies

Anticipating Oscar. It sounds like the title of some dreadful film; it is in fact an explanation of the timing of Google's latest search enhancement: cinema-centric search.

Anticipating Oscar. It sounds like the title of some dreadful film; it is in fact an explanation of the timing of Google's latest search enhancement: cinema-centric search.Using Google's new "movie:" operator, you can now constrain searches to return only movie-related information. For example, entering "movie: like tears in rain" into the Google search box returns links to reviews of Blade Runner, Rain Main, and Tears of the Sun, to name a few. Users can also enter "movie:" with a zip code or with a city and state to find local theater show times. Combined with Google SMS, this makes for a pretty nifty way to find films while out and about.
