One little problem there. Federal buildings no longer allow photo capturing devices past the front desk. That means virtually every phone in use these days and is a given if you are using augmented viewing. If you haven't done it lately, try walking past the security point in a Federal building with a smartphone and see how far you get.

This sounds like it may be of limited use, but could work well in the case of a mall or a museum, or even a convention center. The key would of course be getting good user participation.
