To meet its business plans ICM needed the voice and data infrastructure to be installed within tight timescales. The BT-supplied Nortel IP-based converged solution includes Nortel Communication Server 1000 with Nortel Contact Center and Nortel CallPilot unified messaging capability, running over a high-performance Nortel LAN infrastructure.
