Overview: In its 20th anniversary year, ICM Computer Group plc (ICM) is a leading provider of round-the-clock Business Availability services throughout the UK. Responding to market demand ICM decided to open its twelfth and largest business continuity centre in Essex. To meet its business plans ICM needed the voice and data infrastructure to be installed within tight timescales. The BT-supplied Nortel IP-based converged solution includes Nortel Communication Server 1000 with Nortel Contact Center and Nortel CallPilot unified messaging capability, running over a high-performance Nortel LAN infrastructure.
