President Bush, in his State of the Union speech last week, outlined plans for the Terrorist Threat Integration Center for combining and analyzing terrorist-related information.
Managed by the CIA, the center will collect data from the CIA, the FBI, Homeland Security, and the Defense Department, and will, the White House says, "eliminate the seam between foreign and domestic intelligence on terrorism."
