As more people count on Cyber Monday for big deals on holiday shopping, smaller retailers face stiff competition from big-box stores. We have some tips on how to attract and keep online customers, as well as ideas on ways to rack up big savings yourself.Shop.org reports that that 83.7 percent of Internet retailers plan special promotions for Cyber Monday -- the Monday after Thanksgiving -- which is up 72.2 percent from last year.
