10.) Speed Round. These are all the other things I couldn't fit because if you're going to do a top 10 list, there can only be 10 things, so here goes:
Georgina Burnett. Georgina is one of our on-camera presenters, and when I told her I was writing this she asked me to mention her. So there it is. And here's her web site. Speed Dating. Light Reading, our brethren in the world of service providers and mobile operators had editors play "speed dating" with some of the telecom vendors. Three minutes to pitch your product, and you're done. It was wild and fun, and we got video, but I can't show it just yet. (I know, I'm a big tease, but not during speed dating). However, here are two video blogs I filed with Light Reading editors as body guards. Worst product name: HTC Desire. It sounds like cologne, or a new online dating service (or an online speed dating service . . . wait, let me patent that). And yet Eric Zeman decided to give it his "best in show." Photographer is born. Not really, but I took a camera and made some image galleries. I'm not a pro, but I can write a few fun captions. Check them out.
