LiveOffice Corp. today unveiled AdvisorMail 4.0, offering features said to cut compliance review times by 50 percent.

AdvisorMail's e-mail and IM compliance management enhancements include improved navigation that features simplified selection and retrieval of e-mails (including attachments), enhanced displays of problematic communications, one-click navigation between e-mails that need to be reviewed, a new Master Select (bulk) option and Trash Can capabilities that expedite the handling of bothersome SPAM communications.

Also in new to AdvisorMail 4.0, attorney-client privilege flagging protects confidential communications by identifying such data and automatically assigning it to secure folders.

Enhanced audit trails track the status of e-mails and IMs by automatically stamping the auditor's name as well as the date and time of the note's creation.

Expanded server support in AdvisorMail 4.0 extends to MS Exchange (5.5, 2000, 2003), Linux (Postfix, Sendmail), Unix (Postfix, Sendmail), Imail 8, Lotus Notes Domino (5X, 6X), MS Maedaemon, Novell Groupwise, Rockliffe, MailMax and QMail.

The new enhancements are available now to existing and new AdvisorMail customers.
