One of my favorite books in my growing Enterprise 2.0 library is "Throwing Sheep in the Board Room" by Matthew Fraser and Soumitra Dutta. I recommended to Steve Wylie that we try to get one of these authors involved in the conference. It's uncanny how prescient these authors were considering they began writing this book a few years ago. The book explains in mind-numbing detail changes that are forcing a social imperative for the 2.0 workplace.
