Oblicore Automates Service Level Management
The newest Oblicore release simplifies the process of managing and reporting on multiple service level agreements and related commitments such as outsourcing contracts, the vendor promises.
Enterprise software vendor Oblicore this week released the latest version of its Oblicore Guarantee service level management automation software in which adds features to streamline service level agreement (SLA) creation and improve related reporting functions. Oblicore’s 3.0 release of its software simplifies the process of managing and reporting on multiple SLAs and related service level commitments such as underpinning outsourcing contracts. The Oblicore correlation engine has predictive capabilities IT managers can use to spot compliance issues and isolate the root cause of problems to repair those issues before they result in a serious crisis.
Oblicore Guarantee 3.0 includes a number of features, such a rules creation wizard, to speed up SLA creation and editing. The software also adds service bundles which extend Oblicore's existing Service Catalog capabilities, making it possible for non-technical business users to create new contracts by picking services and rules from existing service bundles via a simple-to-use interface.
The software improves upon reusable business logic or Service Level Agreement Language of Measurement (SLALOM) modules. This technology helps IT managers calculate and reuse service level data. In the latest version of Oblicore’s software, It managers can define independent logic modules to quicken SLA creation and reduce coding errors.
Oblicore Guarantee 3.0 supplies a workflow process multiple IT and business managers can contribute to and/or approve SLA contracts. Ultimately, this should help speed up contract creation and approval.
The average cost for a full deployment, which includes software licenses, system design, integration, training and first year’s support is $500,000. Oblicore Guarantee 3.0 is available immediately.
