Marketing automation vendor Unica Corp. this week is adding two new services to its Consulting Services Portfolio that will help its customers better use the tools to meet their specific business needs.

The services are designed to help Unica's customers get the most out of their investments in the vendor's Affinium Suite, marketing tools that let marketers use and analyze existing customer information for campaign execution and then measure and improve on the effectiveness of campaigns.

The consulting portfolio now will include Affinium Operational Services, which will provide Unica customers with workshops on how to improve their use of Affinium tools within their specific business to get the best ROI, as well as performance optimization and new support services for staffers using the technology. Also new is Affinium Innovation Services, which consists of four programs to help businesses navigate the phases of a marketing campaign, from identifying where marketing processes can be made more efficient to an E-marketing review that gives recommendations and a route map that companies can use to address online and real-time marketing issues.
