Format The Text In Google+ Posts
Here's how to easily bold, italicize or strike through the text of your Google+ posts.
Posting is straightforward in Google+ . But did you know you could format the text in your posts? Here's how.
Make text bold by adding asterisks before and after the text. Like *this*
Add a strikethrough by adding a dash (or single hyphen) before and after the text. Like -this-
Add italics by adding an underscore before and after the text. Like _this_
Here's an example I made with a Google+ post using all three kinds of formatting. Here's what my text looks like as I type the code in.
Here's what it looks like after I post it.
Because Google+ allows you to go back and edit your posts, knowing how to format and, especially, strikethrough text is pretty handy to know.
