As the Chief Technical Evangelist, Betsy acts as public-facing conduit between the company and the customer being an advocate for both. She leads TechSmith's highly-acclaimed evangelism program where she collaborates with customers, industry experts, and technologists from all over the world. Betsy specializes in telling stories from her own career and experience as well as educating audiences on new technology. She is passionate about technology and social media. Betsy has authored over 800 blog posts and created hundreds of screencast videos. She travels the world, giving compelling, technical, influential, and entertaining presentations.

With over a decade of experience in corporate training and product management, Betsy has worked on both the development and customer service side of delivering business applications. She is a member of the Global Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) and the Association for Talent Development (ASTD).
