Dr. Setrag Khoshafian is one of the industry's pioneers and recognized experts in BPM. He has been a senior executive in the software industry for the past 25 years, where he has invented, created, and led the production of several enterprise software products. Currently, he is Pegasystems' Chief Evangelist and strategic BPM technology thought leader involved in numerous technology, marketing, alliance, and customer initiatives. His interests and expertise spans all aspects of BPM in the enterprise, including Predictive and Adaptive BPM, Dynamic Case Management, Social BPM, BPM for SOA, BPM for Legacy Modernization and Business Transformation, Real-Time Lean Six Sigma, BPM Methodologies and COEs, and Organizational Impact of BPM. Previously he was the Senior VP of Technology at Savvion. Dr. Khoshafian has authored nine books and numerous reviewed articles on BPM and DBMS and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
