Alex Shipp is the "imagineer" at MessageLabs, responsible for inventing new ways of stopping viruses, Trojans, and other kinds of malware. The software code he wrote helped detect and stop a major e-mail virus known as Love Bug. When Shipp isn't inventing, he plays croquet --and he's quite good at it.
