Apple Sues Over Samsung Galaxy S III
Apple has filed an amended complaint in Federal Court in California against Samsung and now they're going after the cream of the company's current crop of mobile devices, including the Galaxy S III, the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet and the Galaxy Note phablet.

The other shoe dropped Friday in Apple's legal cases against Samsung. Apple asked a US District Court in San Jose for a new trial to rule on 21 "infringing products" newer than those which the court recently ruled infringed Apple intellectual property. Included in the list are current flagship products the Galaxy S III smartphone and Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet.
The amended complaint (embedded below) asks for all of Samsung's profits on the devices, treble damages "suffered by Apple" and costs and attorney's fees, as well as an injunction against any further infringement. The full list of allegedly-infringing products includes:
Galaxy S III, Galaxy S III - Verizon, Galaxy Note, Galaxy S II Skyrocket, Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, Galaxy S II, Galaxy S II - T-Mobile, Galaxy S II - AT&T, Galaxy Nexus, Illusion, Captivate Glide, Exhibit II 4G, Stratosphere, Transform Ultra, Admire, Conquer 4G, and Dart smartphones, the Galaxy Player 4.0 and Galaxy Player 5.0 media players, and the Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy Tab 8.9 tablets.
This past Monday, following a jury verdict against Samsung, Apple asked the court for an injunction against sales of 8 Samsung devices in the US, but these were mainly older devices.
