"The alliance with HVS augments Infosys BPO's capabilities in the hospitality industry by enhancing our insights into the industry and enabling us to reach a wider audience," Amitabh Chaudhry, CEO and managing director, Infosys BPO, said in a statement.

Infosys booked BPO revenues of about $85.5 million in 2006, according to the company. Shares of Infosys closed down 2.6% in Monday trading on the Mumbai exchange.
