Four Industry-Specific Solutions for Siebel CRM OnDemand Debut at Siebel User Week

Siebel Systems, Inc., and its business partner IBM have announced that Siebel CRM OnDemand Industry Editions will debut at Siebel User Week 2004 on October 3 in Los Angeles. The companies will demonstrate the first hosted CRM solutions specifically designed to address core business processes for the financial services, high tech, life sciences, and automotive industries.

"By addressing the specific requirements for four different industries at the user interface, data model, and process levels, companies of all sizes can leverage the power and sophistication of Siebel Systems' industry-specific CRM solutions through the simplicity of a hosted model. Siebel CRM OnDemand industry-specific solutions are built on the same multi-industry data model and business logic as the company's on premise solutions, which should assure companies large and small of their applicability and robustness."

Siebel Systems will demonstrate the following four Siebel CRM OnDemand Industry Editions at Siebel User Week 2004:

  • Siebel CRM OnDemand Financial Services Edition: Wealth Management Solution is designed for financial advisors who are interested in increasing their production and growing assets under management by enabling critical business processes such as referral management, household profiling, and portfolio management for individuals and households.

  • Siebel CRM OnDemand High Tech Edition is designed to help high tech companies enhance collaboration with both direct sales and channel partners by providing critical capabilities for managing marketing funds with channel partners, standardizing sales processes through the application of sales methodologies, and enhancing direct sales efforts with advanced team selling functionality.

  • Siebel CRM OnDemand Life Sciences Edition: Medical Solution is designed to help medical equipment and device manufacturers maximize the value of their customer relationships and drive superior results by providing support for core medical-specific business processes such as the management of complex hospital and physician relationships and the tracking and management of medical education events.

  • Siebel CRM OnDemand Automotive Edition is designed automotive manufacturers to extend enterprise-class CRM capabilities to their entire sales and service ecosystem by providing consolidated vehicle profiles to drive more effective and personalized service, enabling rapid deployment and operation of call centers, and enhancing multichannel selling across the extended enterprise.

All of these industry solutions will extend Siebel CRM OnDemand's powerful core CRM capabilities in sales, marketing, service, and analytics specific to the needs of each industry. Detailed presentations and preview demonstrations for each of these industry solutions will be available throughout Siebel User Week 2004. All four industry editions will be available in the fourth quarter of 2004 at a price of $100 per user per month in North America. Pricing outside of North America may vary.
