Make VLC automatically update in Mac OS X.

To make sure you have the latest version of VLC on the Mac, launch it and click VLC >> Check for Update. If an update is available, you’ll see the following window.

Click Automatically Download and Install Updates in the Future. Then click Install Update.

Now you'll have the latest version of the popular VLC media player and you don't have to constantly check for it.
