Javakitty Media has cut a deal that puts its Bandlink CD Intelligence software on new CDs from seven Arista Records artists, including guitar legend Carlos Santana's latest, "Shaman."
The CDs offer tour info, musician bios, and chat-room links when played on Net-connected PCs. Says Cedric Gore, Javakitty chief technology officer and president: "The idea is to simulate the concept of going to a concert."
