Stellent Inc. is preparing tools that make its Web-content-management software the hub for teams of employees. Stellent's Content Management version 6, shipping this week, includes a collaboration server that lets groups create browser-based project workspaces from which they can collectively modify documents, hold threaded discussions, and circulate documents for supervisor approval. The software is priced from $100,000 to $250,000.
