I use Gmail primarily for bulk mail, including discussion lists, and there's some discussions on those lists that I'm just not interested in. So this lookes like a pretty nifty feature; I'm looking forward to giving it a try.

By the way, remember I was kvetching last week about how I couldn't switch my personal e-mail address to use either the Gmail service (via Google Apps for Your Domain) or Yahoo Mail's new beta interface? Well, someone at Gmail was paying attention -- they e-mailed me and helped me get set up. So now e-mail addressed to my personal address gets directed to a Gmail account. So now I'm a happy Google Apps for Your Domain user. I'll write about that more later this week.
