Because notice of last week's presentation on using Yelp for small business promotion came too late for many to participate, the company will be re-running it this Thursday.Last week, the online business rating site Yelp announced a series of educational webinars. The presentations, under the umbrella title Yelp for Business, are aimed at helping businesses leverage the tools available on the customer rating site to enhance their online reputations. Research has shown that online ratings can be very important to a business's success at attracting and retaining customers.

The first webinar, held last Thursday, covered "how to use the free tools on Yelp to promote your business." Unfortunately, the series was announced so late that the webinar was over before a lot of businesses even heard about it. So it will be re-run this Thursday, March 18, at 3PM Pacific/6 PM Eastern. This week's session, as well as future sessions (which will also be on Thursday at 3 PM/6 PM) will be recorded for later access.
