Hewlett-Packard has agreed to acquire Knightsbridge Solutions Holding Corp., an IT services company specializing in business intelligence, data warehousing and data integration. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction, announced Tuesday, is expected to be completed within 30 days. HP plans to integrate Chicago-based Knightsbridge within its services unit, which is part of HP's Technology Solutions Group.

“By combining our business intelligence expertise with HP Services, we believe we can deliver more complete end-to-end information management services for our clients than either firm could have accomplished on its own,” Roderick S. Walker, president and chief executive for Knightsbridge, said in a statement.

Knightsbridge has 700 employees and offices across the United States and London.
