You don't need to be an AT&T Internet service subscriber but you do need to subscribe to AT&T's managed MPLS network, Gattamneni,clarifies in follow up message, That allows VPN to be built from customer site to closest AT&T MPLS net switching center, with customer data moving from there over AT&T private line to Azure.

Charlie, I suppose they wouldn't disclose pricing?! Seems like companies should just suck it up and encrypt everything before sending it offsite. Spend the money on key management.
