Yes, but be careful
These are good tips, but I'd caution against overpromising. If the candidate looks up to your CEO, that's great -- but what kind of mentorship could you really offer? And while there may be more exciting opportunities later down the road, enticing them with that possibility could backfire if they don't happen or if there's no place for the candidate in them.  Selling the candidate on how this job could improve their skills and resume, however, are both tangible, immediate takeaways.

Website Maintenance is DULL!
Hi Avik - you nailed it.  Finding help for website maintenance can be challenging because it can be so dull.  But guess what?  We've mastered dull.  Here at Parker Web we do this work for our clients all the time.  Perhaps instead of hiring for dull directly, dull is a good outsource target.  Keep highly creative and strategic folks on the payroll and find companies like ours to complement their efforts.  Good article.  Find us online at www.parkerweb.com.
