Phil Brunkard's research focuses on the CIO leader’s strategy agenda, as well as the adoption of emerging technology and innovation practices. Through Forrester’s Executive Program, Phil provides CIO executives with thought leadership, challenging ideas, and practitioner experience to deliver results for their most critical business priorities. Phil has over 25 years of experience in technology strategy, leadership, innovation, and digital transformation across both public and private sectors. He qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science and electronic engineering from Aston University in Birmingham, UK. He also holds a CMI Level 7 Diploma in professional consulting.
