Sheila Hoeppner is a director of fraud and risk systems for state enterprise solutions at Xerox. She has 29 years of experience in government benefits, financial services, and commercial banking. Since joining Xerox in 2009, she has held senior leadership positions in fraud operations, compliance, risk products, and business intelligence. Prior to her time at Xerox, she was a global fraud strategy leader for GE Capital, and held other operations positions focused on risk, fraud strategy, and loss mitigation. Sheila received her BA from the University of Georgia.
