If You Think You are a Leader, You are Probably Not ......

I just got caught up on the archived Radio Show on Leadership.   And it was simply awesome !    It was very sad to realize (again) that some who think they are leaders are simply kidding themselves.

Leadership is not manipulation which is what so many mistakenly think.  A mistake made daily in the business world.  Understanding that Leadership is about enabling and focusing outward instead of what so often happens - worrying about one's own aims in the key.

Of course there are other elements, but in the business world I think it is safe to start there.

So many miss these nuisances and become something, but it is most definitely not a Leader.
