AI And Advanced Machine Learning

Neither AI nor machine learning are new technologies. There's nothing new or surprising in the notion that they are going to become more important. What was surprising at the Gartner Symposium was the extent to which people accepted AI as a factor in almost every system that will be created in the coming decade -- and the degree to which they assume that machine learning will be a key method for systems to build knowledge bases.
