ePartners Announces Digital Dashboard Solutions

Microsoft-based technology consultancy offers role-based desktop dashboards.
ePartners, a Microsoft-based technology consultancy with 25 offices in North America and Europe, is now offering Digital Dashboard Solutions, a business intelligence desktop tool for senior executives in all industries of business. The Digital Dashboard is a scorecard that presents key performance indicators (KPIs) from different perspectives of a corporation.

"ePartners' Digital Dashboards give business decision makers company performance figures, projections, and other critical management information at the time they need them," says Howard Diamond, Chief Executive Officer of ePartners. "Executives can check performance against goals in every department, view revenue pipelines, delve into financials and more, before a meeting or anytime. Digital Dashboards enable these executives to make informed business decisions based on real-time, mission-critical data. They no longer have to wait for reports to run or be created."

ePartners' Digital Dashboard Solutions display customized business intelligence aggregated from a variety of sources, including data warehouses, accounting, supply chain and CRM systems, even spreadsheets. A real-time view of KPIs is displayed on the desktop, with the ability to drill down for more detail, use filters to zero in on key areas or make comparisons among stores, regions and other factors. The dashboards can also be configured to deliver alerts that will notify executives of urgent issues.

ePartners' Digital Dashboard Solutions are customized to each customer's business and provide KPIs for three different executive roles:

  • Executive Dashboard: entire company performance for CEOs
  • Sales Dashboard: historical and forecast sales activity for sales executives
  • Financial Dashboard: company financial results for CFOs
